You can add cash to your personal ZEN account at selected Ria Money Transfer locations across Europe. In most cases, the money appears in the account within 15 minutes, so it can be used almost right away.
Before you start
Cash deposit services using Ria are available only to individual customers of ZEN.COM UAB. If your account is with ZEN-UK Limited or ZEN.COM PTE. LTD., you won’t be able to use these services.
Cash deposits at selected Ria Money Transfer locations are currently available in several European countries.
Supported countries and currencies: Austria (EUR), Belgium (EUR), Bulgaria (EUR), Croatia (EUR), Cyprus (EUR), Czech Republic (CZK, EUR), Denmark (DKK, EUR), Estonia (EUR), Finland (EUR), France (EUR), Germany (EUR), Greece (EUR), Hungary (HUF, EUR), Iceland (EUR), Ireland (EUR), Italy (EUR), Latvia (EUR), Liechtenstein (EUR), Lithuania (EUR), Luxembourg (EUR), Malta (EUR), the Netherlands (EUR), Norway (NOK), Poland (PLN, EUR), Portugal (EUR), Romania (RON, EUR), Slovakia (EUR), Slovenia (EUR), Spain (EUR), and Sweden (SEK, EUR)
Fee charged by Ria at the location: 0.99%, min. 2.50 EUR
Deposit limits per country:
- Spain: 3 000 EUR per quarter
- Italy: 999 EUR within 7 days
- Other countries: 5 000 EUR (or equivalent in local currency) per month
How to deposit cash using Ria
- Find the nearest open Ria Money Transfer location that supports deposits to ZEN.COM and tell the staff you want to send money to the ZEN.COM mobile wallet with Ria. You can use our map here.
- Confirm your identity using your ID card or passport. Then provide the phone number linked to the ZEN account where the money should arrive, including the country code (for example, +48 for Poland).
- You can also send money to another ZEN.COM client by providing the phone number connected to their ZEN account.
- Hand the cash to the staff and keep the printed confirmation.
The money should appear in the selected ZEN account within about 15 minutes. The recipient will also receive a notification in the ZEN.COM app confirming the deposit.
You do not need to use a ZEN Card to deposit cash using Ria.
If the deposit does not appear
If the money does not appear in the selected ZEN account after 30 minutes, check the status of the Ria Money Transfer here. You can find the PIN and order number on the printed confirmation from the Ria location.
Follow the instructions on Ria’s Track a transfer page to check the status of the cash deposit. If the deposit still does not arrive, or if it was sent to the wrong phone number, contact Ria directly for help with the transfer or refund.
