It’s easy to check where your transaction stands. Whether it’s already completed or still being processed, you can do this directly in your ZEN.COM app to know the exact status in seconds. Checking your transaction's status helps you confirm if a payment went through or is still on its way.
To check your transaction status
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
- Tap "Transaction history".
- Select the payment you want to review to expand its details.
- You’ll see the transaction status listed between the reference (or merchant name for card payments) and the date.
Statuses you may see
- Completed – your payment is finalized.
- Pending / In progress – it’s still being processed.
- Unlock your transaction – we’re completing a standard security check and may need some additional details from you.
- Rejected – the payment couldn’t be processed.
