If you live outside Ukraine and want to open a ZEN account, here’s what you need to know about accepted documents and where registration is available.
To open an account with ZEN.COM
- Download the ZEN.COM app and start the standard registration process.
- If you live in a supported country but don’t have a temporary or permanent residence permit there, you can register using one of these:
- your Ukrainian international passport (for traveling abroad), or
- your Ukrainian biometric identity card
- You cannot open a ZEN account using:
- a non-biometric Ukrainian passport (“booklet” type),
- a Ukrainian driver’s license, or
- a Ukrainian residence permit.
- If you live in another supported country and have a temporary or permanent residence permit there, use that permit during registration.
Important: your place of residence
To open a ZEN account, you need to have a residence address outside Ukraine. It is currently not possible to open a ZEN account with a Ukrainian residence address.
