Usually, logging in to your ZEN.COM app is quick. You enter your phone number, receive a one-time password by text message (SMS), and confirm with your passcode.
If the SMS doesn’t arrive, you can choose WhatsApp instead. This helps you log in without waiting or retrying multiple times.
To receive your one-time password via WhatsApp, the phone number linked to your ZEN account must be registered on WhatsApp. You can learn more about registering your number on WhatsApp on their website (external link).
How to receive a ZEN one-time password via WhatsApp
- Open the ZEN.COM app and start logging in by entering your phone number.
- Wait a few seconds for the SMS with your one-time password.
- Tap "Resend" and choose "WhatsApp" from the list.
- Check WhatsApp. You’ll receive your one-time password within a few seconds.
- Enter the code in the ZEN.COM app to continue logging in.
