Opening your ZEN account is quick and easy, you’ll just need your phone and a valid ID. Follow these steps to get started and start using your ZEN.COM app within minutes.
Before we start
Make sure you have:
- Your mobile phone and a stable internet connection.
- A supported identity document (for example, passport, ID card, or residence permit).
- A quiet, well-lit place for the face scan.
To open ZEN Personal account
- Download the ZEN.COM app from the App Store (iOS), Google Play Store (Android), or AppGallery (Huawei). Once installed, open the app and tap “ZEN Personal” to begin registration.
- Enter your phone number and confirm it with the one-time code we’ll send you. If you don’t receive the text message, see our troubleshooting guide for help.
- Create your 4-digit passcode which will be used to access your account. Then, provide your country, citizenship, and email so we can confirm your eligibility.
- If your country is supported, you’ll see the list of documents you can use to verify your identity.
- If it’s not yet supported, the app will show if you can open a ZEN Club account, which lets you pay in selected stores using ZEN.COM.
- If your country isn’t listed, ZEN.COM services aren’t available there yet. Check supported countries for updates.
- Verify your identity by allowing camera and microphone access, then scan your ID and your face. All financial institutions must complete identity checks (KYC) to offer services and keep the accounts safe.
- Complete your setup.
- Check that your name and surname were read correctly.
- Add your postal address and fill in the Source of Funds form.
- Choose your card: ZEN Pro Card (full access to Reward Zone and 2-year Extended Warranty) or standard ZEN Card (limited Reward Zone access and 1-year Extended Warranty).
- Start your free trial or enter a promo code to extend it.
That’s it! Once verified, your ZEN account is ready to use. You can now send and receive money, order your ZEN Card, and enjoy your chosen plan’s benefits right away.
