What are my transaction limits in ZEN.COM?

Different types of transactions in ZEN.COM have their own limits. These limits help protect your account and keep your transactions running smoothly. You’ll find all current limit values below.

Additional limits for clients using a Ukrainian Document

If you opened your ZEN account using a Ukrainian passport or ID card, specific limits apply.

These limits are fixed and can’t be increased.

Transaction type

Maximum limits (cannot be changed)

Top-up

€3,000 per day, €7,500 per week*

Incoming bank transfers / ZEN Buddies

€10,000 per day, €30,000 per week

Outgoing bank transfers / ZEN Buddies

€6,000 per day, €20,000 per week

Outgoing card transfers

€3,000 per day, €7,500 per week

Outgoing PrivatMoney transfers

€500 per transfer, €2,000 per day, €5,000 per week, €9,000 per month

Outgoing crypto transfers

€3,000 per day, €7,500 per week

Card transactions (including ATM withdrawals)

€2,000 per day, €5,000 per week

* These are standard top-up limits. They may be lower depending on how and how long you use ZEN services. If your top-up was rejected, try again with a smaller amount or use a standard bank transfer instead.

Can I change my limits?

Most transaction limits in ZEN.COM are fixed and can’t be increased or adjusted. The only exception is the card transaction limit, which you can manage directly in the app.

If you reach a limit, you can:

  • Wait until it refreshes (see how limits refresh below)
  • Split the transaction into smaller amounts
  • Use a different payment method (for example, bank transfer instead of card)

How to check my limits

At the moment, your current usage and remaining limits aren’t visible in the app. To estimate how much you can still use:

  • Check your recent transactions in the ZEN.COM app
  • Compare them with the limits listed above

How limits refresh

Your limits don’t reset at midnight. They refresh automatically over time:

  • Daily limits cover the last 24 hours
  • Weekly limits cover the last 7 days

Example: Your weekly limit is 5000 EUR, and you’ve made the following transactions:

19.07, 2:00 PM: 2000 EUR
20.07: no transactions
21.07: no transactions
22.07: no transactions
23.07, 3:30 PM: 2000 EUR
24.07: no transactions
25.07: no transactions

Your remaining limit on 25.07 is 1000 EUR. At 26.07, 2:00 PM, the 2000 EUR transaction from 19.07 drops off, freeing that amount, so your available limit becomes 3000 EUR.

Additional information

Some transactions may be declined later by the merchant.

Even if the payment is reversed, it can still count toward your transaction limit.
