Each ZEN account has its own top-up limit. It starts lower for new users and increases automatically as you use your account more often. Thanks to automatic increases, you don’t need to request changes.
The limit doesn’t depend on your plan, but on how long and how often you use ZEN.COM services.
If a high-value top-up was declined, try adding a smaller amount or use a bank transfer to send funds instead.

Can I check the top-up limit?
Currently, checking or changing top-up limits isn’t available in the ZEN.COM app, on the website, or in support chat. Limits grow automatically as your account activity builds.
