Exchanging Stones for Rewards

Question

I exchanged enough Shards to form a full Stone. How can I exchange it for a reward?

Answer

To exchange your Stone for a reward, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the ZEN app.
2. Go right to the Reward Zone program screen.
    
3. Make sure you have enough Shards exchanged for a desired Stone:
   • Passion Stone = 300 Shards
   • Bills Stone = 500 Shards
   • Joy Stone = 70 Shards
   • Support Stone = 200 Shards
   • Fortune Stone = 1500 Shards
   • Deals Stone  = 150 Shards
     If you have not exchanged enough Shards yet, please follow this article to exchange them.
4. After exchanging enough Shards, press on the desired Stone on the main Reward Zone screen.
5. Press the “Win a Stone” button. The app will draw one of the rewards shown for you.
    
6. After drawing your prize, choose if you prefer to use the Stone on your account, or gift it to another ZEN user.
    
   If you decide to use the Stone on your account, select “View in Reward Zone”.

7. In Reward Zone, select the prize you've won, and press the “Use” button.

   Important

   Deals Stones can only be used to boost the cashback on your next purchase — they do not work for previously made transactions. All other Stones can be used on previously made transactions.

    

8. Your transaction history will open, where you can select for which card payment you want to claim the reward. To see which transactions are eligible to exchange Stone, click here.
    
9. Press the “Use Stone” button on an eligible transaction to claim the reward. Once accepted, you will see a “Reward Zone Moneyback” incoming transfer in your transaction history.
