Some ZEN Cards do not have the card number, expiry date, or CVC printed on them. This is intentional and does not limit how you use your card. You can always view these details securely in the ZEN.COM app when you need them.
Why some ZEN Cards don’t have printed details
Some older physical ZEN Cards were issued with the Digital First certificate by Mastercard. With this setup, sensitive card details are not printed on the card itself. This helps reduce the risk of misuse if the card is lost or seen by someone else.
Good to know:
- ZEN Cards issued after November 2024 have card numbers printed on them as standard.
- ZEN.COM no longer offers physical cards without printed numbers.
How to see your card details in the app
You can check your full card number, expiry date, and CVC anytime in the ZEN.COM app.
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Cards” from the bottom menu.
- Choose the card and tap "Details" below it.
Your full card number, expiry date, and CVC will appear. To copy the card number, press and hold it.
When you’re done, tap “Details” again to hide the information. This way, your card details stay available when you need them and hidden when you don’t.
