You can remove a ZEN Card in the app if you no longer need it or if it's lost. This article explains how to delete a card, what happens after removal, and how refunds are handled.
Before you remove your card
Removing a card is permanent and cannot be undone. Once you remove a ZEN Card:
- The digital version of the card added to Apple Pay or Google Pay is automatically deactivated.
- All new transactions with the card are declined.
Please note: removing a card does not block refunds. Any refunds sent to a removed card are still processed to your account.
How to remove your ZEN Card in the app
Follow these steps to delete a card:
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Cards” from the bottom menu.
- Choose the card and tap "Remove card" below it.
- Confirm by selecting "Yes".
That’s it. The card stops working immediately. After a few days, it will also disappear from your cards list.
Good to know
- You can’t reactivate a removed card.
- If you still need the card later, you’ll need to order a new one.
- Refunds for previous transactions are processed as usual, even after removal.
