Use the ZEN PRO card worldwide for purchases related to your business or professional activity and to earn rewards in the Reward Zone loyalty program. The ZEN PRO card was available to Pro plan subscribers and is still available to business clients.
Use the ZEN Travel card when you need a local card in a specific country. It is useful for ATM cash withdrawals, local services, or subscriptions that depend on the card’s country. The ZEN Travel card is available regardless of the ZEN.COM subscription plan you choose. Purchases made with the ZEN Travel card do not earn Shards in Reward Zone.

How to choose the right card
Think of it this way:
- ZEN PRO card → your multi-currency shopping card that earns you Shards in the Reward Zone
- ZEN Travel card → your local card for one country
Choose the country for your ZEN Travel card based on where you want to be treated as a local user. This usually means where you:
- withdraw cash from ATMs
- use local services
- pay for subscriptions linked to that country
Real-life examples
Here’s how this works in everyday situations:
- You live in Poland, but your Netflix account is set to Germany → choose Germany for your ZEN Travel card
- You’re going on holiday to Italy and plan to withdraw cash → choose Italy for your ZEN Travel card
- You travel between multiple countries → use your ZEN PRO card for shopping, and ZEN Travel cards where you need a local card, such as for ATM cash withdrawals or local subscriptions

ZEN Travel card
The design of the physical ZEN Travel card may differ from how it appears in the app
A ZEN Travel card is linked to one specific country and works like a local card there. For example, a ZEN Travel card set to Italy is treated as an Italian card.
Purchases made with the ZEN Travel card do not earn Shards in Reward Zone.
