If you received a notification that your document is expiring soon, it means it’s time to update your document so you can keep using all ZEN.COM features without interruptions. Financial institutions must keep client information up to date, which is why we ask for a valid document.
Before we start
Make sure you already have your new document. You can’t use the old one again. See the list of supported documents in this article.
How to update your document
- Tap the “Please update your document” notification you received from the ZEN.COM app. You’ll also find it on the home screen after logging in. If an app update is needed, the app will let you know.
- Follow the instructions on the screen. The app will ask for a selfie, a photo of the front of your document, and a photo of the back of your document.
You may also need to confirm the issuing country or your personal details. - Wait for the verification result. It usually takes only a few minutes.
That’s it. Once verified, your details stay up to date.
What happens if I don’t update my document?
You can keep using ZEN.COM services for up to 60 days after your old document expires. After that, some features will be limited until you upload a valid document.
The app will send you reminders before any limits are applied.
