I can't download my account statement

If the “Generate statement” button is greyed out, it usually means the statement is not ready yet. Here’s what to check.

Why you can’t generate a statement

A statement becomes available only when transactions in your chosen currency are settled. The button may stay inactive, or transactions may not be visible on the statement, if:

  • There are no transactions in that specific currency.
  • Some transactions are still pending. Only completed transactions appear on the statement.

Tip

If you need a statement for the current month (before it ends), select "Date range" as the statement's period type, and then choose the dates you need.
