If your ZEN account was closed, here’s what you can do depending on the situation.
Choose the option that applies to you:
You can apply for a new ZEN account once your previous one is fully closed. There’s a one-month notice period, counted from the end of the month in which you submit the request.
If you change your mind during that time, log in to your account and cancel the request to close it in the app settings. Once the account is closed, it can’t be reopened.
Before registering again, make sure your ID and country are supported for new accounts.
If you received an email titled “We have to close your account”, it means that your account was closed following a standard review under the ZEN Terms.
In this case, the closure is permanent. Right now, there’s no process to reopen the same account or create a new one using the same personal details (including phone number or email address).
