How does the Reward Zone program for ZEN Pro subscribers work?

Answer

Reward Zone loyalty program is a new Zenefit available exclusively to ZEN Pro subscribers, and ZEN Pro Cardholders. It consists of:

  1. Collecting Shards for purchases with a ZEN Pro Card.
  2. Exchanging Shards to Stones.
  3. Exchanging Stones for Rewards.
  4. Sending Stones to ZEN Buddies (Individual Clients only).
  5. Receiving Stones from ZEN Buddies (Individual Clients only).

To see the Reward Zone program in your ZEN app, you need to become a ZEN Pro subscriber on your individual account first, or order a ZEN Pro Card on your Business account.

If you have already earned rewards, but your ZEN Pro subscription plan or ZEN Pro Card become inactive for any reason, your old rewards are not lost. You can start earning and using Shards once your ZEN Pro subscription plan or ZEN Pro Card becomes active again.

If you have received a Stone from another ZEN User but do not hold an active ZEN Pro subscription plan yet, you can still redeem your Stone. You will have limited access to the Reward Zone functions and be able to only redeem the Stones you have received from another ZEN User and grant them Gratitude Shards.
