Can I have more than one ZEN account?

You can only have:

  • 1 active personal ZEN account and
  • 1 active ZEN Business account for each company you own or manage

This rule is described in the ZEN.COM Terms and Conditions.

If you own multiple companies, you can have one separate ZEN Business account for each of them.

It’s not possible to have:

  • two active personal ZEN accounts
  • two active ZEN Business accounts for the same company

This also applies if the accounts are registered in different countries. If you’re moving to another country, you can update your country details instead of creating a new account. Check: How to change the country of residence


If you can’t log in to your existing account

If you try to register and see a message that an account already exists for your personal details, you may already have a ZEN account linked to your information.

To recover access:

  1. Contact ZEN Customer Support using the email address connected to your ZEN account.
  2. If you no longer have access to that email, write to us from your new address. In your message, include:
    • Your old phone number with country code (for example 🇩🇪 +49, 🇬🇧 +44, 🇵🇱 +48)
    • Your new phone number with country code

What happens next

We’ll guide you through identity verification to confirm it’s really you. Once everything is verified, we’ll help update your login details so you can access your account again.
