How do I activate my ZEN physical card?
Answer
To ensure your security, we recommend activating your newly ordered card only after it has been delivered to you. This way, if the card accidentally falls into the wrong hands before it reaches you, you can rest assured that your funds remain safe, as an inactive card cannot be used.
The virtual card is active immediately after it is generated. Please note that the first physical card transaction must be confirmed with a PIN code. Click here to learn how to see your ZEN Card PIN code.
To activate your card using the app, check out the tutorial below:
- Log in to the ZEN app and then go left to the Home page.

Swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen to expand the view of all available cards.
- Select the card you want to activate and tap on it.
- The card details will show the "Activate card" option. Click on it.
- Your card is now fully active, and you can perform any type of transaction!
