The Extended Warranty applies only when the full purchase amount is charged directly to your ZEN Card. Purchases made with Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services or installment plans aren’t eligible.
How it works
To qualify, you need to pay the entire product cost at the moment of purchase using an active ZEN Card.
When you use a BNPL or installment provider, that provider pays the merchant on your behalf. Even if you later repay the BNPL provider with your ZEN Card, the product wasn’t purchased directly with the card, so it can’t be covered by the Extended Warranty.
What is not covered
- BNPL services that charge your ZEN Card once for the full amount at a later date.
- Payment plans that split the cost into several payments, monthly parts, or scheduled installments.
To make sure your protection applies, pay the full amount with your ZEN Card at checkout and register the product in your ZEN.COM app.
