How to view products registered in Extended Warranty

You can quickly check all products you’ve already registered for Extended Warranty. This helps you see when each warranty starts, whether it’s active, and what you can do next if something needs repair.

Before we start

To access your registered products, make sure you have an active plan that includes Extended Warranty: Gold, Platinum, PRO, Smart (Business), or Enterprise (Business).

  • Purchases made with your standard ZEN Card on these plans receive 1 year of Extended Warranty.
  • Purchases made with your ZEN PRO Card on PRO, Smart, and Enterprise Plans receive 2 years of Extended Warranty.

How to view your registered products

  1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Zenefits” from the bottom menu.
  2. Tap “Extended Warranty”.

What you’ll see in the product list

Each product shows a status to help you understand what’s currently covered:

  • Manufacturer’s warranty active
    You’ll see the date when your ZEN Extended Warranty will begin.
  • Manufacturer’s warranty expired, ZEN Extended Warranty active
    Tap the product to see full details or submit a claim request.
  • Both warranties expired
    You’ll see the full warranty periods for reference.

If you already submitted a request for repair cost reimbursement, you’ll find its status inside your product’s details.

How to delete a registered product

You can delete a product anytime by selecting “Delete product” at the bottom of its details.

Important

If you delete a product more than 90 days after purchase, its Extended Warranty will be permanently cancelled and can’t be added again.
