How to register a product for Extended Warranty

If you bought electronics with your ZEN Card, you can add them to Extended Warranty in just a few steps. Registering your product helps you get 1 or 2 extra years of protection if it ever needs repair.

Before we start

You can register a product within 90 days from the purchase date. After 90 days, registration isn’t possible.
The card you used for the purchase defines the warranty length:

  • Standard ZEN Card gives 1 extra year.
  • ZEN PRO Card gives 2 extra years.

To register products, you also need an active paid plan that includes Extended Warranty.

How to register your product

  1. Open the ZEN.COM app and go to your transaction history.
  2. Find the payment for the product you bought, expand its details, and tap "Extended Warranty".
  3. If your plan includes Extended Warranty, you’ll see a purchase summary and a button to start registration.
  4. Enter or upload the required details, and send the form:
    • Product name
      Add the brand and model, for example “Apple iPhone 17”.
    • Manufacturer’s warranty duration
      Enter the duration in months. You’ll find it in the user manual or on the seller’s website.
    • Product photo
      Take a clear photo after you receive and open the packaging. Make sure the whole item is visible.
    • Photo of the serial number
      Take a close photo of the serial number label. It’s usually a barcode and a string of numbers or letters.
    • Receipt or invoice
      Take a photo of the receipt or attach the invoice file. The product, amount, and purchase date must be readable.

Tip

You don’t need to upload everything at once. You can save the request and finish it later, as long as all documents are submitted within 90 days of purchase.

If you bought multiple items

Register each product separately, even if they were purchased in one transaction. After you register the first item, the “Register product” button stays available for the next one.

How to track your registration

Once you submit your form, you can follow the status in the ZEN.COM app. Updates usually appear within a few business days. If you want to learn more, see How to check Extended Warranty request status
