You can extend the warranty for many everyday electronics and household appliances you buy directly with your ZEN Card, as long as you register the product in the ZEN.COM app within 90 days of purchase. The list below follows the product categories defined in the ZEN Extended Warranty Terms. The items mentioned are examples of what may fall under each category.
Eligible product types
The warranty covers items such as:

Audio and video equipment
Televisions, home cinema projectors, home entertainment systems, cameras, video cameras. - GPS systems
- Mobile phones
- Electric gardening tools

Communication and computing equipment
Desktop PCs, laptops, monitors, photocopiers, fax machines, scanners, game consoles, modems, notebooks, and tablet computers. - Computer software and computer accessories

Electrical household appliances
Washing machines, tumble dryers, washer-dryers, dishwashers, cookers, ovens, refrigerators, vacuum cleaners, clothes irons, toasters, electric toothbrushes.
Non-eligible product types
The warranty does not cover items such as:
- Non-electrical items
- Motorized vehicles or anything similar, including scooters, bicycles, watercraft, caravans, trailers, hovercraft, aircraft, and any parts or accessories for these items
- Boilers or furnaces
- Consumable items or items designed to be discarded after use, such as bulbs, fuses, batteries, rechargeable batteries, chargers, filters, belts, bags, or printer cartridges
