If you’ve already sent a product to register in the Extended Warranty, you can easily check how it’s progressing. The Extended Warranty screen shows all requests that are still waiting for approval, plus any steps you may need to complete.
Before we start
To access your registered products, make sure you have an active plan that includes Extended Warranty: Gold, Platinum, PRO, Smart (Business), or Enterprise (Business).
- Purchases made with your standard ZEN Card on these plans receive 1 year of Extended Warranty.
- Purchases made with your ZEN PRO Card on PRO, Smart, and Enterprise Plans receive 2 years of Extended Warranty.
How to see your request status
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Zenefits” from the bottom menu.
- Tap “Extended Warranty”.
- Open the “Requests” tab.
You’ll see all products currently under review for Extended Warranty. Requests that need your action appear at the top of the list, so it’s easy to resolve them.
What each Extended Warranty request status means

New
Registration isn’t finished yet. Tap the request to add the missing details and complete it. -
Pending approval
Your product is being reviewed. You’ll get an update in the app within a few days. Keep notifications turned on so you don’t miss it. -
Needs correction
Some information doesn’t match or is incomplete. Tap the request to see what needs to be updated and correct it. -
Approved
Your product has been accepted into the Extended Warranty program. Coverage starts once the manufacturer’s warranty ends. -
Rejected
The request couldn’t be accepted. Tap the request to see the reason. If you believe the decision is incorrect, you can contact our Support team to submit an appeal.
