How to request a claim from Extended Warranty

If your registered product stopped working during the Extended Warranty period, you can request a refund of the repair cost directly in the ZEN.COM app. This guide walks you through what to check first and how to submit your claim step by step.

Before we start

Make sure:

  • You registered the product in the ZEN.COM app within 90 days of purchase, and it wasn’t deleted after approval.
  • The manufacturer’s warranty has already ended. If it’s still active, contact the manufacturer or the seller for service options.
  • Your Extended Warranty period is still active.
  • You haven’t reached your annual reimbursement limit for your subscription plan. You’ll see the limit status in the app.

What you need for your claim

Prepare these documents before submitting:

  • Damage description
A short explanation of what broke.
  • Service documentation
A document from an authorized service center confirming the repair or stating the repair cost is higher than the product’s value.
  • Proof of payment
A receipt or invoice for the repair. If you paid with your ZEN Card, you can simply select the transaction in the app.

Important

The refund can’t exceed the original product price you paid with your ZEN Card.
