If you can’t use the ZEN.COM app right now, you can still access an already opened ZEN individual account through the ZEN Web Portal. It’s helpful when the app won’t open, you see an error, or you’re on a device where the app isn’t available.
You can’t open a new ZEN individual account in the Web Portal. To become a ZEN client, you first need to open your account in the ZEN.COM app.
Logging in to the Web Portal is simple: enter your phone number, confirm the text message (SMS) code, and use the same passcode you use in the app. If you're having trouble logging in, see:
What you can do in the ZEN Web Portal for individual clients
The Web Portal gives you quick access to key information, so you can stay in control even without your phone:
- View your accounts and currencies
- Check your transaction history
- Download statements and payment confirmations
- View card details
- Manage cards (block, unblock, delete, change limits)
- Exchange currencies

What you can’t do in the ZEN Web Portal for individual clients
Some features are available only in the ZEN.COM app:
- Opening a new ZEN individual account
- Ordering new cards
- Making transfers
- Using or managing Zenefits
- Changing your account data
