If you’ve requested a refund for repair costs, you can check how your claim is progressing at any time. It only takes a moment in the ZEN.COM app.
Before we start
To submit a claim for Extended Warranty, you need to meet the following conditions:
- Your product was registered in the ZEN.COM app within 90 days from the purchase date, and was not deleted after being accepted by our team. Learn how to register a product in the ZEN.COM app here.
- ZEN Extended Warranty period has already started. If your product is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, you need to contact the manufacturer or seller for service options.
- ZEN Extended Warranty period has not yet ended. If the Extended Warranty has expired, you will no longer be eligible for a repair refund.
- You have not reached the annual reimbursement limits in your ZEN Subscription Plan. Limits reset at the beginning of each calendar year, and in the ZEN.COM app you will see if they are reached.
