Claiming your 1 year of Extended Warranty depends on when you bought the product. Choose the option that matches your purchase date.
For products bought before 1.01.2025, claims are handled directly by AXA.
If you’re unsure where to start, the number you need is already in your ZEN.COM app.
How to find AXA’s contact number
If you’re reading this on a device with the ZEN.COM app installed, tap this link to go straight to the Extended Warranty screen, or follow these steps:
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Zenefits” from the bottom menu.

Tap “Extended Warranty”.

Tap the “i” icon in the top-right corner.

Scroll all the way down and choose “Claim request to AXA”.
You’ll see the insurer’s contact number for your country.
Have these details ready when contacting AXA:
- Individual client: the first 8 digits of your ZEN Card and the name of your Subscription Plan. This article explains how to check your currently active ZEN Plan.
- Business client: the first 8 digits of your card number.
