ZEN.COM Extended Warranty normally ends on the coverage end date shown for each registered product in the ZEN.COM app. However, your coverage can end earlier if you no longer meet the eligibility requirements.
For ZEN Personal accounts, Extended Warranty ends if you cancel your paid subscription plan or switch to a plan that does not include Extended Warranty.
For ZEN Business accounts, Extended Warranty ends if your ZEN PRO card becomes inactive.
If your coverage ends early, products you registered before that date are no longer covered, even if the coverage end date shown in the ZEN.COM app has not passed.
Where can I check my Extended Warranty end date?
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Zenefits” from the bottom menu.
Business account: select “More ZEN” instead. - Tap “Extended Warranty”. If you already registered products, you’ll see a list of all accepted items or your product application status.
For each registered product, the ZEN.COM app shows:
- the manufacturer’s warranty period
- when ZEN.COM Extended Warranty coverage starts
- when ZEN.COM Extended Warranty coverage ends
The displayed Extended Warranty end date applies as long as you continue to meet the eligibility requirements.
What happens to my Extended Warranty if I change my ZEN Personal subscription plan?
Example 1: You switch between paid plans
You previously registered products for ZEN.COM Extended Warranty and switch from one paid plan to another paid plan.
Paid plans include Better, Best, ZEN, and the discontinued Gold, Platinum, and Pro plans.
Your previously registered products remain covered. You can also continue registering new products according to the Extended Warranty rules for your new plan.
Example 2: You switch to Good plan
You previously registered products for ZEN.COM Extended Warranty and switch from a paid plan to Good plan, which has no monthly subscription fee.
Once the plan change is completed:
- your previously registered products are no longer covered by Extended Warranty
- you can no longer register new products for Extended Warranty while you're on the Good plan
