Depending on your ZEN.COM subscription plan and the card you used, you can extend the manufacturer’s warranty by 12 months or 2 years.

Where ZEN.COM Extended Warranty is available from 20 October 2026
From 20 October 2026, you can register new products for ZEN.COM Extended Warranty if you are a resident of:
- Czechia
- Hungary
- Lithuania
- Poland
- Romania
If your country isn’t listed, you can’t register new products for ZEN.COM Extended Warranty there. Availability may change over time.
Where ZEN.COM Extended Warranty was available before 20 October 2026
If you registered a product in the ZEN.COM app before 20 October 2026, it keeps its ZEN.COM Extended Warranty cover even if your country or region is no longer supported for new product registrations.
Before this date, ZEN.COM Extended Warranty was available to residents of:
