On 20 October 2026, we introduced new subscription plans for ZEN Personal accounts. These subscription plans replace the legacy Free, Gold, Platinum, and Pro plans.
If you currently use one of the legacy plans, your subscription will automatically change to a new plan 60 days after you receive the email with details about the changes.

I have a Free plan
Your Free plan will automatically change to the new Good plan on 19 December 2026.
The Good plan has no monthly subscription fee, so you’ll continue to pay no fee for keeping your ZEN account open.
Once your plan changes to Good, the following changes apply:
- You can exchange up to 1000 EUR per month with no additional currency exchange fee. A 0.5% fee applies above this amount. On the legacy Free plan, there was no fee-free currency exchange.
- You can send SEPA Instant transfers for 0.25 EUR per transfer. On the legacy Free plan, SEPA Instant transfers were not available.
- The ATM cash withdrawal fee changes from 1.5% to 1.75%.
- The cryptocurrency top-up fee changes from 0.5% to 1%.
- The cryptocurrency transfer fee changes from 2% to 2.5%.
I have a Gold plan
Your Gold plan will automatically change to the new Better plan on 19 December 2026.
The monthly subscription fee changes from 0.90 EUR to 2.99 EUR.
Once your plan changes to Better, the following changes also apply:
- You get access to new Zenefits if you are a resident of Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Romania, or Lithuania:
- ZEN Care Shopping Protection becomes unlimited. The 10% fee that applied when we recovered your transaction no longer applies.
- You get full access to Reward Zone and can order a new ZEN card with Reward Zone included.
- You can exchange up to 3000 EUR per month with no additional currency exchange fee. A 0.25% fee applies above this amount.
- The fee for outgoing local transfers in GBP changes from 0.50 EUR to 0.75 EUR + 0.05%.
- The fee for outgoing local transfers in RON changes from 0.50 EUR to 0.75 EUR + 0.05%.
- The ATM cash withdrawal fee above 200 EUR per month changes from 1.5% to 1.75%.
I have a Platinum plan
Your Platinum plan will automatically change to the new Best plan on 19 December 2026.
The monthly subscription fee changes from 6.90 EUR to 6.99 EUR.
Once your plan changes to Best, the following changes also apply:
- You get access to new Zenefits for shopping and travel if you are a resident of Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Romania, or Lithuania:

- You get access to a new Zenefit for travel if you are a resident of Poland:
- You get full access to Reward Zone and can order a new ZEN card with Reward Zone included.
- You can order up to 6 virtual ZEN cards for free.
- You can order 1 physical ZEN card for free.
- A 0.1% markup over the card network rate applies to card purchases made in a currency we don't yet support for holding in your account.
- The ATM cash withdrawal fee above 800 EUR per month changes from 1.5% to 1.75%.
I have a Pro plan
The new plan you’ll get depends on the currency in which your Pro plan is billed.
My Pro plan is billed in EUR
Your Pro plan will automatically change to the new Best plan on 19 December 2026.
The monthly subscription fee changes from 6.90 EUR to 6.99 EUR.
Once your plan changes to Best, the following changes also apply:

- Extended Warranty for newly registered eligible products covers them for up to 12 months, with a maximum claim amount of 5000 EUR.
- You can order up to 6 virtual ZEN cards for free.
- You can order 1 physical ZEN card for free.
- The ATM cash withdrawal fee above your monthly free withdrawal limit changes from 1.5% to 1.75%.
- The fee for currency exchange outside foreign exchange market hours changes to 0.4%.
- A 0.1% markup over the card network rate applies to card purchases made in a currency we don't yet support for holding in your account.
My Pro plan is billed in PLN
Your Pro plan will automatically change to the new Better plan on 19 December 2026.
The monthly subscription fee remains 9.99 PLN.
Once your plan changes to Better, the following changes apply:
- You get access to new Zenefits if you are a resident of Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Romania, and Lithuania:
- Extended Warranty for newly registered eligible products covers them for up to 12 months, with a maximum claim amount of 1500 EUR.
- You can exchange up to 3000 EUR per month with no additional currency exchange fee. A 0.25% fee applies above this amount.
- The fee for currency exchange outside foreign exchange market hours changes to 0.4%.
- You can make ATM cash withdrawals of up to 200 EUR per month for free. A 1.75% fee applies above this amount.
- You can order 1 physical ZEN card for free.
- You can send up to 5 SEPA transfers per month for free. Each additional SEPA transfer costs 0.25 EUR.
I don’t agree with the changes
Your legacy plan will automatically change to the new plan 60 days after you receive the email with details about the changes.
If you don’t agree with the new terms, you can close your ZEN account at no cost before the changes take effect.
